When will I receive my item(s)?
We try our best to process and ship your orders within 1-3 business days, not including weekends and holidays. Shipping varies depending on your location and typically arrives within 2-15 days.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
We cannot allow cancelled orders after the order has been confirmed. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your goods if they qualify. Contact us if you have more questions or changes regarding your order.
Why does my item look different than the photos?
We try our very best to photograph each item to best show the true character and color. However, as computer monitors have different settings, some colors may vary. Handmade items may also vary slightly, due to the nature of the item. Please make sure to read descriptions regarding size and condition. Vintage items with noticeable flaws will be noted in the description.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
